Shipping and Returns

Hello! Due to the size and nature of Studio Sour, we keep a limited stock of items rendering most purchases made to order. This makes each piece unique, and no two items exactly alike. Please be patient with us as we try and accommodate for your purchase.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase.

Studio Pickup

This option is available for customers in the Chicago area, and operates as curbside pickup at the studio. If you select this option at checkout you will be contacted to set up a date, and time to get your order.

Large Orders

If you are putting an order of more than 5 items please contact us for a better idea on shipping times.

Commitment to Quality and Craft

Every order is crafted through a rigorous process of material selection, and quality control. Studio Sour uses only North American trees, every piece of wood used goes through a careful selection process taking wood grain, strength, and type into consideration. All items are made to last and finished with natural oils, and waxes.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of the collection, and the variety in wood grain returns are accepted on a limited basis. If there is any issue with craftsmanship, or an item arrives damaged a refund, or replacement will be issued once the original item is returned by mail to the studio.
