Created by layering thin strips of walnut between pieces of maple when turned on the lathe, the strips of walnut create a truly graphic image highlighting each section of walnut making it a fun twist on a classic vase form.

Finished in teak oil and paste wax to bring out the golden hues of the maple, and rich dark brown tones of walnut.
